It's a commercial cloud drive sync system. If you want to use OneDrive, etc on Unix/Linux, this is the best I've found. The fee is quite low, NOT subscription based, and allows one payment per account (install everywhere).
I use it for my OneDrive on Linux. Worth every penny. It's what I call HonestWare.
