We build. We create. We store up. We are proud of what we accomplished. We've worked hard to store up and save and look forward to using the fruits of our labor. Yet humanity and its governments are destined to take it away. We are in a struggle to keep what we have and some of us are even fighting for our lives to enjoy what we have worked so hard to build up. Ultimately everything we have is passed on to the next generation.

But now imagine the promise of eternity. We can build up and store without anxiety. We can interact with each other with new and glorious meaning. There will be no wars, no fights, no disagreements with your neighbor that aren't enlightening or even a joy in a new Kingdom. Everything will have an eternal purpose and we will praise the Lord who created us. That is my interpretation of the Bible, the meaning of Christianity.
