It's been my observation that when people don't understand what you're doing they are suspicious.   So in order to avoid conflict we tailor our actions.
  The trouble is we live in an age of paranoia and suspicion.  Our modern day preoccupation with security deputizes us to report anything suspicious.  So how do we know when we've crossed the line from normal activity to suspicion?
  A stranger walking down the street is suspicious to the locals.  An actin outside of a routine is suspicious.


  The media, government and lack of social fabric have enabled us to become more suspicious of each other.  Then there are the actual people to be suspicious of.  Are there or more or less than in previous times?
