Just a  short notice  that this thing  [1] works on  the POWER9  (on my
Blackbird witth the  Fedora 30). Things like on-line  mail and calendar
interfaces work but some sites with Javascript may have issues. It's Qt
with  a sort  of  Chrome  rendering engine.  It's  available in  Fedora
repositories.

The speed is  no much worse than  the Firefox speed. So  as a temporary
solution it  is acceptable (I  use the Links  [2] much more  than these
modern things).
