I have the Bluetooth speakers (the HarmanKardon Nova). Normally they
are connected do my AppleCD player but they also understand Bluetooth.
Today I tried to connect them to an Ubuntu tablet. This previously
worked (I assume that it was before the OTA-6 update) but today the
tablet refuses to see the speakers. But it was able to see a lot of
other devices of from the flats around me. Two TVs (it may be fun to
connect to them and try to play some crazy music, I guess) and even
some phones.
It looks like some people don't know what this Bluetooth thing is and
that they have it enabled all time and their devices are visible
(phones usually require pairing but some speakers/TVs happily connect
to any device...).
So, now I'm sitting in my armchair and my old phone is sending some
music to the speakers via this Bluetooth thing. :-)
By the way, it is possible to use a third-party Bluetoooth adapter on
the Mac OS 10.5? If yes, which one?
