I still haven't gone to get my eyes checked. My mom was going to make
the appointment, but I guess she forgot. Either way my eyes aren't
bugging me as much now, so I think it's okay. And she'll probably
remember eventually and end up making it for me.
I had been eyeing an IBM 5144 monitor on eBay for a while and finally
caved when I got my paycheck yesterday and bought it. $170 (yeeeeesh). I
wanted to ask for it for my birthday, but tbh it's too much I think
(since my mom is all alone in the birthday buying department). Either
way, I'm looking forward to it coming. I want to have it as a second
monitor to use for a terminal window or whatever, so yeah. I probably
shouldn't have caved but I did lol. It's fine.
I've been feeling kind of down for the past few days. I'm not really
sure why - although it's probably just the whole being stuck in my house
kind of thing. Paul comes on the weekends, but I still just don't really
feel like I'm getting to do anything. I'm not sure. Plus it's been
bothering me that I've been gaining so much weight. Maybe I just need
exercise.
