Tumeric Flavored Mustard Pickles

1 cup sugar
2 cups vinegar
2 cups water
4 Tbsps salt
2 Tbsps ground ginger
3 Tbsps ground mustard
6 Tbsps tumeric
1 leek
1/4 head broccoli
1/4 head cauliflower
pinch of celery seed

How to cook it
- Put in pot & stir. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
- Peel onions.
- 1 red bell pepper chopped in small cubes.
- Green beans chopped in 1 inch length.
- 1 cuke chopped in small cubes

How to can in a jar

Mix veggies in bowl then put in canning jar.
pour in pickling mix & put in fridge for at least 24 hours.
