One of my colleagues probably doesn't understand that not every
person works like that: doing everything on the last day. I never
worked that way. I like plans and being in control of the situation.
If they try to convince me in future that the deadline is really
tough and we need to make our best to finish everything _today_, I
won't be fooled again. I don't want to pay my time for someone
else's inability to plan in advance. But we are a team after all, so
I gave guys a change.
