Inhalers at maximum and windows closed! Even though it's a nice sunny
day outside. This asthma stuff is new to me and I really don't like
it. Whenever I think I'm ok to do something it jumps out and makes
itself known. Getting diagnosed when you're middle aged gives you
insights to the kinds of negative head spaces younger people must go
through when they first start having troubles. To some degree an older
person can temper their anxieties with logic and experience. If it was
young Joel going through this I would be having a panic attack every
day! So if you know a young person with asthma cut them plenty of
slack. It's a tough one.
