On January 10th I learned that I am diagnosed with testicular
cancer. WTF? Where the hell did that come from? How does one 'get'
testicular cancer? Will I still be a man? Will my voice change and
can I sing the high C after the operation? All irrelevant
questions, but they did go through my mind. Honestly I wouldn't
mind having a beautiful tenor voice and be able to reach and hold
the high C. Will I die?
I want to know more about testicular cancer, and the implications
of the operation to remove the cancerous testicle, as I am
scheduled for on January 23, 2014. And here, I will place my
musings...But -fair warning- I tend to be sarcastic, and rather
heavy on the dark humor side.
