## 10 Lost in my own wishes
I remember when I had the idea of this new blog, I wanted to make it different with two ideas: It should be simple to maintain and write ; It should be more like a Blog in the original meaning of weblog, more instantaneous, like a diary but not too intimate. For the first aim, it's OK. For the second, I don't think it is what I wanted to do. It's too periodic, too regulated. It's sometimes too far from a diary and like a copy of what I do in the french blog for years. I must simplify all that and the idea of the letter before the number of the post was not good. I don't have to do sections or themes.
That post is maybe like an end of the first era of this blog. I don't know if I'll do a post per week but I will try to do it differently, exactly with what I had in mind. For more developed subjects, magazine or journalistic subjects, reviews, I have my french blog and there are many tools now to translate or understand it if your are not speaking French yourself. I had "wishes" with this one and I have lost the idea during the first year. I stopped the "Live In France", even if it was interesting to do it. I keep the idea of poetry but in a different manner to do it. Poetry can be an instantaneous of life. I lost the instantaneous of the words, the kind of Trance that I can have during my writing sessions.
I don't write novel or short stories (I will keep tale of... series) anymore because I don't have time to do it. Life is changing but it's also what we want it to be sometimes. I have made a choice for 2025 around video games, music and readings. I also have to make a choice around RSS News and maybe about politics if I find someone to take the lead locally. That's for a year and I don't know what I'll do in 2026, because life is always full of surprises, not necessarily the best. Some people think that a global war could happen, a civil war could happen...And freedom of speech is in danger in many countries in the world. This blog is hosted in a small space of freedom in the US. It could be everywhere because it's very light and easy to move.
I have thought many times about the type of blog, between gemini, gopher and HTML. I could do without RSS, without HTML and only in gemini. It's a possibility, an hypothesis for the future. we are too dependent on tools, push, RSS, notifications and subscriptions. Who cares if I miss something for weeks, months or more in a newspaper, a blog, a website. It's not so important if I don't have any mail of a reader for weeks. I write for myself first and I have to keep this in mind because I think I'm not interesting anymore. You know, I always have those periods of doubt and questionning and that's my way of moving forward. So see you next time...and I don't know when. (But you know me...)
