Geoffroy Tremblay started studying Theatre at Édouard-Monpetit CÉGEP
on the south shore of Montreal.

He recognized early on the connection between Theatre and the different
meditation method. By studing "An Actor Prepares" by Constantin Stanislavski
he recognize the need to separate the ego from the self, or who we
truly are, in order to take on different mask. Creating this fludity
as an actor was also an important step into meditation and yoga.

Many years later he joined with the Hexagone players and for the
last 7 years moved from actor, to sound and light technician, to
artistic director and finally taking the role as a director this year.

His experience in multimedia and electronic music, from Djing to
creating live projection helped him learning the ropes of the
technical roles in theatre.

Running a small business in communications, he uses his professional
skill to manage, plan and organize the troupe, as well as creating
the visual identities for each of the plays he has been in.

With more than 30 years of Martial art experience and 25 years of
yoga and meditation practice, Geoffroy brings different aspect
of mind body connections to his direction. He has come to discover
Butoh and is following an online training with Juju Alishina.
