I'm writing from my
newly installed
openBSD machine.
(that part is working,
writing and publishing
on gopher!)
It's my work laptop,
and I am not sure if
I'll be able to use
it for this.
I have a working
openBSD server that
works well for me,
but I wanted to check
if I was able to
work regularly
with it too.
A few tools I'll
have to make sure
will work for me:
Inkscape
Audacity
Scribus
Kdenlive (or another
video editing tool)
Would be my 'base'
working toolset.
I used to have
a virtualbox
with adobe suite
in case I need
to transfer a
client's file.
I have my image,
but I'll see if
I can run that
from openBSD.
I was thinking I
double boot, but
I'll start by
experimenting
with a pure openBSD.
I'll report in a
couple week to see
where I am with
that. I kept my
ssd drive intact
so that I could
pop-it back in
if this experiment
isn't working for me.
