Parents on one sides, judges
and teachers on the other side.
Cramp into a small gym, both
sides encouraging these two
ten years old girls fighting.

I'm one of the 4 judges in
a Tae Kwon Do competition
It's a junior fight and one
of the fighter is overpowering
the other with unceasing
kicks to the chest.

She starts crying, couldn't
take the extra pressure. The
main judge stop the fight and
ask the little girl:
"Do you want to stop fighting?"

And sobbing and crying she
did not want to stop fighting.
She kept going, so much so
that her opponent also started
crying. Both girls kept on
fighting, crying and the whole
audience, the parents, the judges
and myself also wanted to cry.

It was a powerful moment.
We don't often that chance to
experiment with crying and fighting!

On another note, I've been really
enjoying post from stopher:

About change, I agree, humans are meant
for change. This is what makes us human,
we adapt to everything. In yoga philosophy
change is the only constant in one's life.
