Last day of my cleanse.

As I'm starting a new week I
am ready to stop the cleanse.
I didn't want to drink more
castor oil this morning, which
officially ended my cleanse.

I want to be productive today
and my energy level are quite
low although I feel very good.

Yesterday I went with a lentil
soup, which was pretty much
only red lentils boiled in
broth, a bit of salt and pepper,
and voila. Very simple still
quite tasty.

I didn't do much, on my last
day. I rested a lot. I wrote
a bit, learned more about
Emacs, watched a movie.

I feel quite different this
week. Although it was quite
a gentle cleanse it changed
my own sensations in my body.

I don't want to go back to
my old eating habits. These
habits were actually new habit
since I am single. So I'll
take this week gently with
re-introducing different type
of food. The main food type
that I avoided completely
for the last 4 days are carbs,
flour, sugars, even from fruits.
No alcohol, no tobacco or any
type of drugs.

I really could have done with
less media consumption though.
As I didn't have much energy,
I gravitated around my couch.
It was fine, but in the future,
I want to also have a bit of
digital detox at the same time.

So in conclusion, my detox was:

- Castor oil each morning
 - A table spoon
- Lots of water
- Apple cider vinagre
 - Table spoon in water
- Chia seeds and blueberries
- Squash, peas and lentils
- 1 cauliflower
- Bone broth
- 2 very small meals a day
- Lots of sleep
- Lots of warm bath/showers
- Cedar bath
- Smudging
- Yoga and stretching
- Self massage
- Meditation (chanting)
- No external contact
- Staying home

For 4 days. It was a nice experience
and I feel I should do that at least
seasonally if not every 2 months.
