My wife came back from her trip to Barcelone yesterday. So, today
we plucked up our courage and took the little one to the hair-
dresser. It's always a bit folksy to take him there, because he
hates it. We were treated to tears, screams, an a little tantrum,
even though we took precautions (like having my hair cut before
so he can see what will happen, or having a chocolate as bait).
Fortunately, our hairdresser is always able to deal with him and
everything, eventualy, went smootly. Strange that my son has so
much trouble with the hairdresser; perhaps, given his age and
psychological immaturity, he feels that parts of himself are
being forcibly removed? Is it like that with all young children?
