Here's Gef 5 gopher questions for March:

1 - What is your favorite soup? Wether you make it
from scratch or not. Feel free to explain the process

My favourite soup is Tomato Dill Soup. My problem is
that I think to make this tomato when the ingredients are
out of season, because I crave the red colour and the citrus
zing in the depths of winter.

I'll supply a link to a recipe[0].

2 - The collapse is near! You only have weeks to download
everything you need to survive without internet, what
would you download first and why?

The mailing addresses and phone numbers to the out-of-country
banking institutions where I have most of my money still.

3 - What is a dream that you remember most in your life,
could be a nightmare or a beautiful dream.

This dream is either hilarious or terrifying. I had it when I was four
years old, it was terrifying, but obviously not enough to put it out
of my mind or seek therapy. At night time I was picked up by the Scooby
Gang (not Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but the "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?"
original animation series by Hanna-Barbera) in their Mystery Machine.
They stop at a house, an old man in a beret, wearing eyeglasses and
smoking a cigar (later revealed to be Groucho Marx) stands outside on
the porch. He ushers me inside and tells the teens to go around to
the backyard gate and enter that way. Groucho offers me a glass of
Coca-Cola with ice but it tastes 'medicinal', like the way my dad's
and my great-aunt's and great-uncle's Coca-colas used to taste.
Groucho offers me some television to watch, only the television is
closed-circuit cameras situated beneath the house, and the Scooby
Gang members sink, trapped in quicksand, below the ground where
carnivorous giant snapping turtles snap off their limbs and gnaw
their flesh.

So glad Groucho spared me that gruesome demise.

4 - As the rain replace the snow here, what are you
most excited about spring?

Answer: I walked in 20C warmth and sunshine this weekend!! Hyacinths may
have excited me but not like WEARING A T-SHIRT above the 49th
parallel before March 21!!

5 - The surface web is getting over-taken by AI and
marketing, yet there are very nice hidden gem online
what is the most interesting website that you go back to?

Answer: NitrateVille -- I don't have an account, even though I know some contributors.
I am not an official historian or film festival presenter or archivist so I
don't ask for posting privileges, but real people write genuinely interesting-to-me
posts on old film.
