5. Health
============

5.1 Hunger
------------

Each day a character who does not eat a full ration, must make a
STR save. The difficulty is 1 for each day without eating
anything or 1 for 3 days at half rations.

If the character does not pass the save, it will temporarily lose
1 point in STR.

5.2 Falling
-------------

A fall on hard ground will produce a loss of 1 dice of LP for
each 4 full meters of fall, up to a maximum of 6 dice. Armor
does not protect against this damage.

5.3 Fire
----------

Damage from fire is dependent on the type of fire. The
following is a list of suggestions for the Game-master. Armor
does not protect against this damage.

Torch: 1 dice,
Fireplace: 2 to 3 dice,
Dragon Breath: 5 to 7 dice,
Lava Pit: 8 dice or more.

5.4 Healing
-------------

Characters can recover LPs through magic or rest, but those
LPs cannot raise over their initial value at reaching their
current level.

For each night of rest a character can recover 1 dice roll
of LPs. Add 2 if under medical care, subtract 1 if not in a
proper shelter, for example in a dungeon or in the wilderness.
