SO and I are getting ready to move back up north. Of course now we're both having health issues as well as issues with both of our cars. Hopefully we'll have that all settled before we go, moving can take a lot out of you.
Been good otherwise, really not a lot to note. SO and I went for a walk on a rail trail out in the woods today which was nice, we saw a little wildlife. Some hawks and kestrels, a woodpecker flew by us as well. We also saw several turtles drying off in the sun, as well as a salamander which didn't really seem interested in hanging out with us. That's alright, it was still cool to see. Saw a big patch of bamboo along the path and we sat down for a while just to look at it, which was really nice.
My friends have been getting back into modded minecraft lately, which i find kind of daunting. We usually just download some kitchen sink modpack and all go off and do our own thing, but I always feel a little overwhelmed about the amount of options. This time around I've just been doing computercraft, which is a mod for minecraft that implements working computers INTO the game. It seems kind of stupid and roundabout, I'm having fun with it though. All the programming that you do in it is in LUA, which I've tutored for in the past, so I have a little bit of experience with it.
