subj: liar liar liar hung on hallucinations 2am

Yesterday I get a call from my sister between 11am and 12pm. She
calls me to ask what I'm doing. I tell her taking care the
babies. She tells me her cat gets jealous when she talks on the
phone. She says "I have to say that every time I talk on the
phone." Again she asks so "What are you doing?" I say taking
care of the babies. Then she tells me how she has thoughts in
her head. I ask what they are. She says "I think you know." I
tell her I don't know the thoughts in your mind, or anyone else's
unless they tell me what they are thinking. She again tells me
how I know what she is thinking. I ask her to tell me and she
talks about her boyfriend for a moment. Then she talks a bit
about how she can hear others thoughts, and I say nobody can
know anyone else's thoughts. She gets angry and says then if my
truth isn't real you aren't part of my reality comprende? Then
she tells me I'm lying. I ask what I'm lying about, and she
wants me to tell her what I lied about. I say I have no idea
what you are talking about. They she says "Liar liar liar liar
liar liar liar. I'm going to hang up. Liar liar liar liar." Then
the call is terminated by her.
Ah hour or two later I go for a bike ride and I think about my
sister, and wife.
I come home and take care of babies some more while my wife
sleeps. I review schizophrenia on youtube early in the evening.
11:30pm my wife relieve me, and I prepare for bed.
About 12am I get a call from my sister. She tells me she is in
her car in the garage and she took 2 weed gummies so she can't
drive. She is paranoid an scared and she wants me to be on the
phone with her in case I need to call 911 (my sister doesn't
realize I live in another state and if I call 911 it will
activate a local call). She wants me ready to call 911 if
someone gets her. She wants me to remain on the phone to call
emergency and to help her not be scared. She sits in her car in
the garage. She eventually tells me there was an explosion on
her roof, and someone game through the wall and is in her
closet. She says she worked up enough courage to go outside to
her car where she feels safe. As she talks to the voices in her
head while I'm on the phone she argues with them. She hears
noises outside she said someone is banging on the garbage cans
outside. She doesn't know if its real, and I ask her to put it
on speaker phone. She says no because I may not hear it if its
not real. She then hears a horn. She asks if I hear a horn, and
I say know I hear no horns. She sees her neighbor and he is
laughing at her and hiding. She argues with her boyfriend and
calls him a liar, then calls me a liar. She questions me about
the last time I talked to my brother and mother. She can't
remember when her grandmother died correctly. Back to arguing
with the voice in her head. This stuff goes on for a couple
hours. She tells someone to go away go away, and honks her horn
several times. Then she puts on her hazard lights. She says I
can go to sleep. I leave the call.

she says she saw her boyfriend at 3pm, and she got the weed
gummies from him.

The day before her boyfriend updated me on her state. He said
she is just mean to him, calls him names and accuses him of
things. He tells me she wants weed gummies from him, but he
won't let her have any saying the THC isn't good for her with
her other medications. He is frustrated at her. He says he is
going to put in fake weed gummies (candy) in pace of the gummies
wrapper and give those to her instead.

I guess my sister took all the gummies he gave her.

This morning I get a call from her and she seems more normal.
She says the someone called the cops due to her hazard lights
being on and they walked her up to her door. She wanted to let
me know she was fine. She what I'm doing. I say taking care of
the babies. She asked how things are. I say fine, I'm just tired
I didn't get much sleep last night. She said she was going to
watch a movie (this is all she does now).
About 10 minutes later I get a call from her and she says she is
sorry, she was scammed out of all her money and property, and
she can never talk to me again. I ask her to explain more, tells
me her neighbor said her boyfriend is a grifter. He took
everything, including all my money. I tell her your neighbor
doesn't know your boyfriend except from seeing him next store to
your home. She asks, so everything is OK. I tell her yes. I tell
her try not to talk to the voices in your head too much. Try to
ignore them more. We end the call.

My sister is crazy. So sad. I have no idea what to do for her. I
wish there was something I could say to get her to realize what
is happening to her. There is a lot of what she is doing that is
manipulation of people. Its frustrating to see after her
operation her mind just crumbling, and the institution who did
the operation isn't helping her enough.

7:44pm I got a call from my sister's boyfriend. She was found in
her neighbors home without being invited. She was watching a
movie. The neighbor asked why she was there and I was told my
sister said she was told to come over by the neighbor's purse
(or something like that). Then the neighbor male argued with her
and told her she needed to get some help. I was told my sister
left, but then returned and locked herself in their bathroom.
Our call was cut short due to my sister calling her boyfriend
who was on the phone with me at the time.
