    For the most part, yes.  There are several system components such as
    the bboard, webforum, commode and irc where you can conduct your
    meetings and correspondence.  You are also welcome to create your
    own methods via your personal webspace, VHOST webspace or the MOTD
    memberships.

    If you need a webforum for communication, you can use the SDF secure
    webforum for your SIG.  Just email 'smj' for info.
