TEKVEW:  This program allows you to view on  a  Tektronix  terminal  a
      file  previously created using the TEKDSK library.  After every
      screen erase it sends out enough nul chararters so  as  to  not
      miss any characters immediately after the erase.  To RUN TEKVEW
      type
                       .R TEKVEW


      The program asks the  filename  (default  ".TEK")  to  display.
      Full   file   specification  and  wild  cards  (*  and  ?)  are
      permissible.  After plotting the each frame, the program  beebs
      and  waits  for a carriage-return to be typed before continuing
      with the next frame, or exiting the program.

      Note:  The tty LINK facility does not correctly  handle  output
      from TEKVEW which uses packed image mode.
