I'm not sure what recopies are out there for doing this. My tests
began with a recipe that included oil and I decided that corn
starch could provide the needed viscosity in my concoction so
here's my adaptation of a formula that was printed on a glass
bottle I picked up used at a flea market. It used lines to show
how far you'd fill the bottle up to at each step.
Wash, Dry and Use an old glass dressing bottle
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
Cap, shake vigorously, un-cap and nuke for 30-40 seconds on high
1/4 cup real maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black or white pepper
Cap, shake vigorously, enjoy!
