The New Year is rapidly aproaching, and now i have
some time on my hands, i have set up my gophersite
which some might call my gopherhole (still not sure
about that,i like a site, a presence in the space
between the some call cyber, i am not convinced of
the virtues of sticking my head into a cyber-hole :))
I have some small issues with my gophermap i suspect,
where a second gophermap in my phlog directory has been
listed with time and date appended to the directory
list. I will ask for help in the bbs here soon enough.
But all in all i am very pleased to plant another
flag in gopherspace.
This is a two part post. Which is fitting as it is my
first phlog post, and the last possible post for 2018.
Just digging around my hdd, looking at some pictures
from my holiday in Tenby Sothern Wales this year, has
brought back some happy memories. Also the realization
i havn't written an trip report, or journal entry which
i promised to do. I don't want to just let such a happy
time recede into the mists of history to be forgotton,
while it is all pretty fresh in my mind still.
The oven is going on for some New Year's Eve party
food, and this will be my last written words of 2018.
In a few hours time, i'll raise my glass to good friends
old, and 'new'.
