Scones and biscuits, gluten free.

flour,     baking     powder,     sugar,     salt,
margarine/butter, milk, egg

Mix 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tsp baking powder with 1 + 3/4
cup gluten-free  flour (the kind with  xanthan gum
already in it.).  Mix in  sugar - how about 2 tbsp
for  biscuits, 4+  tbsp  for scones.   Add 6  tbsp
margarine and  cut it up  into tiny bits  with two
knives until  the whole thing seems  fluffy and no
globs remain.   In small bowl  beat 1 egg  and mix
in 160ml milk.  Reserve 2  tbsp for later, and add
rest to  the flour  mixture.  Add 1/4  cup raisins
for scones.   Mix dough  just enough; let  rest 20
minutes.   Roll out  to 2.5cm  thick.  Cut  scones
with  a small  glass.   Brush  tops with  reserved
egg/milk  mixture.   Cook  in air  fryer  at  Bake
setting,  375F for  10 minutes.   Remove carefully
with spatula and cool.
