Chicken Cacciatore.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 kg  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black peper
1 big can (800 ml) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 regular can (400 ml) tomato sauce
2 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons italian seasoning.
(or, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon thyme)

Heat oil in a pot on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, bell
pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
Mix in tomatoes, tomato sauce, italian seasoning and sugar.  Reduce
heat.  Cover and simmer 10 minutes.  Serve over cooked pasta or rice.

* About 6 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs, browned a bit before using,
 will be better in this.

* 6 tsp of pre-mixed seasoning blend is nice and easy.
 (garlic/pepper/herbs/salt)
