The ETHA semi-finals began the other day. I turned
up  at  the  first  game of  the  first  round  to
watch. It's  mostly elf teams left,  which is kind
of what  I expected. Although  the top team  was a
bunch  of  dwarfs,  and  I sure  didn't  see  that
coming.  I was  kind of  bummed that  the team  of
little goblins  didn't make it to  the playoffs, I
was really rooting for them.

I don't  know if  I'll show  up for  a lot  of the
games. The centaur team  didn't make it in either,
but some  of them are  milling around and  kind of
throwing  shade  at  players,  teams,  spectators,
whoever. Which I'm used to,  but it seems a little
more now,  and in light  of recent events  it just
feels kind  of tense.  And I'm not  really digging
it.
