# Mulled Cider

A winter treat in our house. Sweet and boozy.
* 4x 440ml cans medium-dry cider
* Mulled wine spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg - in
the UK you can buy teabags containing the dried spice mix)
* Juice of 2 oranges
* Peel and rind of ½ an orange
* Generous shot of dark rum
Heat gently untill the smell of the spices overpowers the
smell of the cider. Serve hot.
Usually yields ~7 ordinary sized coffee mugs.
