mistakenly given authorization by Southwest Airlines personnel to carry
firearms aboard a 1999 flight, then arrested at their destination after
a flight attendant detected the error. (In 1991, I was issued the

in Oklahoma says he believes old books could be used to protect students
caught in a school shooting. Republican Bill Crozier says if he's
elected he would put thick, used textbooks under every desk for students
to use as self-defense. (Books will stop bullets, particularly if
they're packed tightly into a bookcase, with no empty spaces between the
shelves. This can provide better cover in the home than interior walls

intruder who used a brick to gain access to the man's rural home in the
Buttermilk Junction section of the county. The burglar died as a result
