Kentucky Park-Cary Ban Challenged: People may soon be able to carry
guns, including concealed weapons, onto the grounds of Scott County's
parks and other county-owned property. During Friday's Scott County
Fiscal Court meeting, Judge-Executive George Lusby told the court he had
received two letters from The Kentucky Coalition to Carry Concealed Inc.
claiming signage at the Scott County park prohibiting the carrying of
concealed weapons is unlawful.
