New Law Poses Challenge To Lawsuit Against Hi-Point: Attorneys suing on
behalf of a teenager who was shot with a Hi-Point pistol are attempting
to amend their suit following the passage of the Protection of Lawful
Commerce in Arms Act. It appears that the handgun found its way to New
York after a gun runner had a woman in Ohio make a straw purchase for
him at a gun show.
