Are you dissatisfied with the ?I am DEATH incarnate!? graphic from
[Wolfenstein 3D First][1] or [Second Encounter][2]'s difficulty
selection screen? This small graphics patch by Patrick Gray will
modify the original graphic to something more pleasing.

From the installer dialogue:
