The UMS II Planet Editor contains everything you need to create
scenarios for [UMS II][1], including a very detailed map editor,
allowing you to set terrain, elevation, climate, and even global
weather. Once you've created the map, you can then add nations and
provinces, and create their armies to make a scenario.

This also includes two new scenarios for UMS II, Pacific War 1942-1945
and Southeast Asia 1956-1975.
