Three editions of Expert Backgammon 3.x (EXBG for short) were
available to purchase:

 * Standard Edition "for the recreational player"
 * Game Edition "for the more advanced player" (rule options,
   stronger AI)
 * Master Edition "for serious money or tournament players" (position
   setup and [rollout][1], etc.)

Standard Edition v3.1.6 (1995) was included in MacSoft's [Game
Parlor][2] compilation under the name Fireside Backgammon.

The download on this page is Game Edition v3.1.3 (1994).
