A Dr. Mario clone. You start with a random arrangement of viruses
(squares with faces). Pills drop into the bottle like Tetris blocks,
and can be rotated and moved until they land on something. Line up
four like-colored pill halves and/or viruses in a row or column to
make them disappear. Clear all the viruses to win.

Tested clean with Disinfectant 3.7.1, stuffed and BinHexed with
DropStuff 4.5. Shareware.

A similar game that works in MacOS 9.2 is [Dr. Max][1].

DL #1 is v2.4
DL #2 is v2.8

Compatibility
Architecture: 68k

Hard locks OS 9.2, has issues with 32-bit addressing. Tested working
on 6.0.8 and 7.1 in Mini vMac.

B&W and color compatible

From the ReadMe:
====================
System 4.2 or higher, Macintosh Plus or newer model is recommended,
but it may run on older models. Although this software is compatible
with SSW 7, it does not take advantage of new features like balloon
help or 32 bit addressing.

Please turn off 32 bit mode. If your Mac crashes on start, try to turn
off as many inits as possible. If your Mac has 68040, turn off the
program cache. If you use SSW 7 or Multifinder, quit other
applications to run this game smoothly.
