In 2019, the weather widgets included with Mac OS X 10.4 ? 10.14
stopped working, because the original APIs went offline. So, I rewrote
some of the code to use different APIs.
\- Added a localization for US region that asks for "City & State"
(Removing "ZIP" since that no longer works). Just place inside the
bundle. Anyone wanting to customize this for their region can go off
of this to modify for their area - editing the text document.
