Added both the installer, which comes with some documentation, and
just the system extension, for those who don't like installers.
This is designed for OS 8.5 and above, but I have confirmed it
definitely works in OS 9.2.2 on a Pismo PowerBook G3. This should
allow any PowerBook G3 (Wallstreet or Pismo/Lombard) SuperDisk! module
to function in OS 8 and 9.
