TweakPDF

TweakPDF allows you to process PDF files in a workflow to make a
variety of automated changes. Elements of a PDF that can be changed
are:
Info Dictionary entries, including Title, Author, Subject, Mod and
Create Dates. New entries can be added.
Viewer preferences such as the default view, magnification and open
action.
Page settings including size, cropping and rotation.
Presentation settings: transitions and durations
The workflow is configurable; you can specifiy a folder to watch, a
destination folder, and a disposition for the input file after it is
processed. Also, many of the settings can be dynamically controlled
through the use of expressions.
