Toggle Sound is an FKEY that allows you to quickly and easily change
the volume level that the computer is set to. Once you get used to
Toggle Sound you will forget all about the annoying trip to the
control panel just to raise or lower the volume! Once activated,
Toggle Sound quietly waits for you to enter the new volume level and
then immediately makes that volume the current volume.
