Tiny Transfer converts files to/from BinHex 4 format. It records
additional information beyond standard BinHex, such as the Finder
comment and file dates. So, it preserves more of the original file
information while remaining compatible with the BinHex file format.
This is a better choice for archiving and uploading to internet
repositories.

It is faster than BinHex and StuffIt, and runs on more Macs (Mac 128
through Mac G4) and Mac OSs (System 1 to System 9) than StuffIt.

Additionally, Tiny Transfer let's you send files back and forth
between two Macs with just a serial cable. This is much more
convenient than shutting down, removing an SD card, putting the SD
card in the host machine, opening the drive image in an emulator, and
so on.

Tiny Transfer synchronizes the clock if connected to an accurate
computer. This is useful when the PRAM battery is removed or dead.

Lastly, you can copy and paste files from an emulator to the host
machine. Tiny Transfer converts to/from BinHex format through the
clipboard.
