This is a hybrid Mac/PC disc image.

Missing: The 2nd CD (audio interviews). If anyone has this please add
it to the page.
In the wishlist: The VHS video... unlikely but if copied to digital
format, please consider adding this to the page too. A scanned copy of
the booklet
