This Support Professional Solution Series demonstration folder
contains trial versions of Support Professional software. With this
software you'll be able to:
\- Sample a Support Briefing Presentation (Macintosh users will find
this in the Briefing Folder, Windows users will find this in the
SBSWIN directory.)
\- Remotely access a Support Information Server and initiate a search
(Macintosh only, located in the SIS Folder)
\- Review a sample Skill Module Package (Macintosh users will find
this in the SMS Demonstration folder, Windows users will find this in
the WINASM directory.)
\- Build and Package sample Skill Modules (Macintosh only, located in
the Authoring folder within the SMS Demonstration folder.)
Instructions for each demonstration are found in the respective
folders. This CD is a hybrid format that allows Macintosh or Windows
users to utilize available trial software components.
