This is a severely enhanced version of Apple's? ResEdit.
What's different?
Well, Super ResEdit will let you view code, not in hex, but it will
de- and recompile
all hex code so all you c++ hackers can go to town
What else?
Super ResEdit will let you play sounds and adjuts sounds(all) without
extracting them to a different format.

WELL, how do I make it work????
easy.. just drop the "forker" extension into the system
folder(restart), Put Super ResEdit
where you would like it and go to town!
Trouble shooting...
If S.R.E (Super ResEdit) has trouble opening a file:
1) Assure that the file is not in use
2) The preferences file....
OK the pref file is a pain with this version, so if it gives you
problems, just
rename another preferences file to resedit prefs, (or whatever i
called the silly thing)
and run S.R.E
you may get an error about the prefs file, but just ignore it and go
on.
All Mods to ResEdit making it SuperResEdit were okayed by Apple?.
