Here is a small ISO file containing a bootable SSW 7.1 HFS.
The HFS image has a 7.1 installation "for every Macintosh" (capable of
booting SSW 7.1).
There are some apps and games included and 800k floppy images for
System 6.

Top DL: Custom built Universal CD-ROM ISO image for any Macintosh
capable of running Mac OS 7.1 - including the emulators Basilisk II
and Mini vMac (and Mini vMac II).

If mounting this image from inside a running classic Mac OS; For best
results use [MacZip][1] to extract this archive, the extracted ISO is
then double-click mountable if you have the [Virtual CD/DVD
Utility][2] installed beforehand.

Otherwise; Extract and 1st lock the ISO image. Use Toast to mount or
burn the image to CD Media. Or add the ISO to an emulator's list of
disks to boot, or mount.

Compatibility
Architecture: 68k

Should boot every Macintosh capable of running 7.1, including
emulators.

I found Toast to be the best choice for creating a bootable CD-ROM
from this ISO image, tho' I did not test with Mac OS X Disk Utility.
