The Mac OSX server Dev Releases and 1.x Rhapsody comes with telnet and
ftp, but not with SSH/SFTP.
Here are some packages installers for these found on some old ftp
mirrors.
It is recommended to have the Developers Tools installed too
[(available on this page)][1]

Descriptions :

? Download #1 : ssh-1.2.22.1.RSAref.PI.b.zip, is an early version that
may work on [Rhapsody Dev releases][2] , but not sure as I don?t have
machines running Dev Releases for testing.
? Download #2 : ssh-1.2.26.zip, contain installer, source and readme
for another early version.
? Download #3 : ssh-2.0.12.zip, contain a more recent installer
package, sources and readme. This one I tested and works fine.
NOTE : all these first 3 download requires installing the OpenSSL
FrameWorks, that is :
? Download #4 : OpenSSL-Frameworks-Rhapsody.zip, contains early
OpenSSL FrameWorks for Rhapsody needed for the files above.
? Download #5 : SSH_Build_how_to.zip, contain sources of zlib-1.2.8,
openssl-0.9.8 and openssh-3.2.2p1 plus a readme for building
OpenSSH-3.2.2 on Rhapsody. It?s how I did it some years ago, maybe
could work with even newer versions and there must be more
professional way to do it, but that worked for me. Of course it need
the Developers Tools installed.
