Leopard and up. This particular version sacrifices 10.4 Tiger
compatibility to attain compatibility with further higher versions of
Mac OS X.

up.
Download #4 contains an earlier version available for 10.5 Leopard and
up. This particular version sacrifices 10.4 Tiger compatibility to
attain compatibility with further higher versions of Mac OS X.
Side note: The immediate successor, Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home
Edition 9.x, is Intel-only.
Note that although they have always been freely distributed (so no
registration nor keys are required), they cannot be installed in the
standard way, as the installer does not allow installation unless it
is able to check for updates first, which it fails to.
It might be possible to get the application extracted out of the
installer, and manually install it that way, and also manually find
and apply updates, if any. This, however, has not yet been attempted.
