A small launcher application to "quickly" run applications, Control
Panels, and open folders. The application searches a volume and
displays a list of the first 400 appropriate possibilities of the
chosen type. (The application will find Control Panels stored anywhere
on the volume, not just in the current System Folder - whether these
extra Control Panels will function when launched will depend on
whether they need to be loaded at boot time or not.)
