"Designer" creates form templates with online help, calculations,
combed fields, and menus.
"Assistant" acts as a database where the user types into the fields.

NOTE!: The SmartForm Designer HyperTour seems to only work with
HyperCard 1.2.5 or earlier. Using a higher version of HyperCard may
cause a crash. What's more, "HyperTour" may only operate correctly
under a 68000 machine, e.g., Macintosh Plus, SE. You are advised to
use this stack in Mini vMac (Macintosh Plus).
