Patches the Appearance Manager to smooth fonts at less than 12 points.

Mac OS X users only: The following steps are required to run the
patch:
Launch ResEdit.
Open "SmallerFontSmoothing".
Open the "STR " resources.
Open STR 10000.
Change "1" to "0".
Save.
Quit.
Reboot.

Compatibility
Architecture: PPC

Does not work on 68k machines. Mac OS X users are required to use
ResEdit in order to patch.
