Second Download link is archive with all the newer Stand-Alone version
v1.9.4 from 2005 in English and French language versions, which is
compatible with Mac OS X 10.5, I could save from [here][6].

Later on, there was produced a stand-alone version for Mac OS X 10.5
Leopard and later and a version of the plug-in for use in Illustrator
CS4 and later [link][7]. Please upload these if you can find them!
